Berg in the Morning to Interview Anti-Semitic far left group TODAY

Forgive the late post, but I just heard that the Berg in the morning show will be interviewing the Anti-Israel and Anti-Semitic group "Wheels of Justice" today at 9:06 a.m.

The group, which bills itself as an anti-War group, has been touring around Montana for the last week and a half. Participants who have attended their two hour rallys say that they spend 10 minutes discussing the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and then spend the remainder of their time attacking Israel.

Isral just made a huge (and I believe unjustified) step in its withdrawl from Gaza. The litmus test of a rational speaker would be whether Israel is given credit for such an unprecedented step. These people do not meet that litmus test for rationality. From what I have been told, they have a virulent anti-Israel and anti-Semitic message. One of their group even says that he can't be anti-Semitic, since the Palestinians are also semites.

The group will be interviewed on the berg in the morning show in about 15 minutes. I encourage anyone to call into the show and call these haters out for what they really are.

Montana does not need our own Yom Kippur invasion.

Thank for the info, though I have to admit I missed the show. I'm not pleased that many on the "far left" (whatever that means, it changes on a daily basis sometimes) mask their inherent anti-Semitism by claiming to be anti-Israel or anti-Zionist but it is certainly the MO of many groups on the left.
What is interesting to note that many groups on the left were once ardent and vocal supporters of Zionism and the State of Israel in the "early" years (if you ever read old issues of The Nation from the 40's and 50's you'd know) because, I think, many groups on the left always want to identify with the "underdog." When it was clear to many on the left, following Israel's independence but more importantly the YK War, that Israel was around to stay and would never be defeated, many in the intelligensia on the left (most of whom were/are Jews BTW) switched alliegance to the "palestinian people."
Still, though, whenever ANY group with an agenda of hate against Israel or Jews appears in the media it is our RESPONSIBILITY to call them out on their hateful rhetoric and marginalize them back into the closet where they belong.
Thanks for the information Aaron and Jerry!
Good Shabbos!

This is very interesting. Republicans have called me "far left" and "anti-semetic" I am neither.

I have been filming with people who believe very strongly in a "Zionist media conspiracy." Though they say they don't hate Jews as a race, they blur the edges more than I'd like.

what do you think?

cheers for the soup recipe!

Dave;

Anyone who decries any sort of a "Zionist Conspiracy" has revealed that they do hate Jews as a race. I will go on record as stating that there is no such thing. "Zionist Conspiracy" is a code word that speakers use to indicate their Anti-Semitism.

These friends of yours owe an intellectual debt to works like "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" and "Mein Kampf."

I would also say that people are judged by the company they keep.

Hope you like the stew.
