The Sept. 2006 Council #7 public meeting minutes are missing from the city's website. Will you please look into this oversight?

Again, I don't think that the honorific is necessary.
It usually takes the city about 2-3 months to put up minutes. Since we approved the September minutes less than a month ago, you should see them up on the site soon.
It is worth remembering that a neighborhood council has no real authority or power; we are really an advisory board only. What is the hurry?
