Dear Friends,
By now you have all heard about the stroke that Prime Minister Ariel Sharon suffered Wednesday. Although the Prime Minister's condition is grave, he is currently in stable condition.
We would like to thank all of you who called or sent emails wishing the Prime Minister a speedy recovery.
In light of the Prime Minister's health, Finance Minister Ehud Olmert has been designated Acting Prime Minister, and the government continues to function accordingly.

I am usually loathe to delete posts made by individuals to this blog. To date, I have only done so for commercial spam.
However, the post above was in such bad taste that it was extremely offensive. While it was intended as humor, it fell far astray of its mark. It dealt with Jewish canabalism of Sharon.
I may be guilty of having a poor sense of humor. However, I found nothing of value or humor above. Discussions of Sharon's life, even biting comments about his more controversial stands, are OK here. Cheap shots at his person, family or religion are not.
